West Kootenay Camera Club (WKCC) was established in 1990 by individuals from the surrounding communities who shared interest in photography. WKCC's objective is to promote the interest in photographic arts.

WKCC is a member of Canadian Association for Photographic Arts (CAPA Canada).

WKCC is part of the BC/Yukon Inter-Club Group.
